Sheetmetal Forming

BMS can provide sheetmetal forming services, including CNC press brake forming, swaging and rolling.

We can manufacture highly accurate and repeatable sheet metal components from one off prototypes to volume production. With our Amada HFE CNC press brake and a broad range of tooling we can process complex geometries with a large range of form lengths, angles, and radii in a variety of materials and wall thicknesses.

In conjunction with press brake forming BMS also have traditional sheetmetal forming capabilities, including bead rolling, shrinking/stretching, ring rolling and fly press forming – including hole swaging.

We can supply components as finished with assembly fasteners and with variety of coatings, including powder coat, E- Coat and Anodised.
