With our new 3kW fibre laser we can cut sheetmetal parts up to 3m x 1.5m in size, with wall thicknesses up to 20mm in Steel, 10mm in Stainless Steel and 8mm in Aluminium. We specialise in one-off and low volume production with small minimum charges and rapid turnaround, but also have the facilities for large volume production work.
To compliment our laser cutting service, we carry an extensive stock of materials in a variety of thicknesses that are commonly used in Motorsport and Automotive applications:
- Steel: CR4, S275, S515, 4130, DOMEX 700, 15CDV6
- Aluminium: 5083, 5251, 5754, 6061 6082
- Stainless Steel: 304
